We are looking for a Plant Operator for our production department, focusing on the operation and preventive maintenance of district heating and cooling facilities.

As a Plant Operator, you will work closely with the operations and contribute to safe, efficient, and sustainable production.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and controlling operations at production facilities.
• Analyzing operational data and process parameters to ensure safe operation, meet environmental requirements, and achieve optimal production.
• Patrols, preventive maintenance, and reporting.
• Shutdowns and start-ups in connection with maintenance and repairs.

You are also responsible for ensuring that established routines, as well as applicable laws and authority requirements, are followed and executed. Additionally, you will identify and report risks, deficiencies, and suggestions for improvement.

On-call duty may be included in the position.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has technical education in operations, energy, or industry, or equivalent experience.
• Has experience in operational or maintenance work, preferably within energy or process industry.
• Has a good understanding of technical systems and processes.

Responsible and meticulous, solution-oriented, and analytical. We also believe that you enjoy working independently at times but function well in a team.

Depending on your experience and competence, other tasks within the department may occur.

Once you are "warmed up," you will have significant opportunities to influence your own weekly planning. You will be part of the operations group, consisting of approximately 30 employees. Together, we ensure that production runs 24/7 throughout the year.
