To our client in Solna, we are now immediately seeking an experienced Order Processing Specialist. Initially, this is a consultancy role, with the client's ambition for you to transition into a permanent position after 6 months.

We are looking for an Order Processing Specialist who thrives in a role with many interfaces, a fast pace, and a focus on quality. To quickly get up to speed in the role, it is crucial that you have a background in order processing within either medical technology or a software company, and possess a solid foundational competence in economics.

Main responsibilities:
  • Handle and administer complex order, license, and contract flows.
  • Ensure correct invoicing and quality-assure invoicing documentation.
  • Handle discrepancies, resolve economic or administrative issues, and contribute to process improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and finance.
To succeed in the role, we believe you:
  • Have substantial experience from roles such as Order Administrator, Order Coordinator, Billing Specialist, or similar.
  • Have a background in order processing from medtech or software companies. It is important that you understand the industry's specific flows and have handled services, virtual software products, service contracts, and licenses.
  • Have an education in economics and/or practical experience in economic work (e.g., invoicing, reconciliations, or accounts receivable), as some economic competence is required to handle the financial aspects of the process.
  • Are proficient in SAP, or alternatively have extensive experience with these processes from several other major business systems.
