Maintenance Technician with Electrical Experience and CNC Skills

CEJN AB is a multinational company with its headquarters in Skövde.

The production facility in Skövde includes a machining department with approximately 50 CNC lathes and peripheral equipment, an automatic bar magazine, and an assembly line.

To meet the growth seen in recent years and for future expansion, we are now looking for additional maintenance technicians with a primary focus on CEJN's machining department here in Skövde.

We are looking for you who want to be part of a team working to ensure high operational reliability in CEJN's machinery fleet. This is to maintain stable and predictable deliveries to our customers. Responsibilities

The operational tasks consist of preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as handling improvement projects, modifications, and new installations of production equipment. The work is mechanically demanding, but electrical and control system tasks are also part of the daily routine.

Profile

You are fundamentally a driven and results-oriented person who can think independently and sees challenges instead of problems. You enjoy working in a team but also like handling tasks independently and getting to the root of the situation. You have a good sense of order and structure and the ability to complete and solve various tasks with a strong focus on safety. The position requires you to be service-oriented, as you will have frequent contact with several different departments internally at CEJN and externally. During the recruitment process, we will place great emphasis on drive and the willingness to learn new things.

Qualifications

• Education in Maintenance Technology, Automation Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with CNC equipment and control systems.
• Experience with hydraulic/pneumatic equipment.
• Structured and systematic working style.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience with mechanical/electrical/PLC work on CNC machines.
• Previous experience with programming on CNC machines.

The work schedule is based on a two-shift system:

Morning Week

Monday - Friday 06:48–15:06

Afternoon Week

Monday - Wednesday 14:54–00:12

Thursday 13:54–23:12

Friday Off
