Therefore, we are now looking for a Solution Lead M365 who wants to take a key role in developing, optimizing, and future-proofing the platform from both a technical and business perspective.

The role of Solution Lead M365 entails overall responsibility for the platform, with a focus on creating structure, direction, and long-term value.

The need for cohesive governance and further development of the M365 platform has increased as the organization grows and the demands for efficient collaboration, license management, and cost control intensify. As Solution Lead M365, you will be a key person in ensuring that the platform is utilized optimally, is cost-effective, and is developed in line with the business's needs.

About the Role
In the role of Solution Lead M365, you are responsible for leading, developing, and optimizing Jula's Microsoft 365 environment. You work both strategically and operationally, focusing on setting direction, driving improvements, and ensuring that the platform creates business value. You will become part of an engaged and cohesive team with long experience and good unity. It is a non-hierarchical group that values collaboration and well-being. You will have many contact points within the organization and discuss solutions that you and your colleagues in the field will then divide between you. You will work closely with both the business and the IT team to ensure that the solutions meet the organization's needs.

Your Mission
In this role, you are responsible for leading and prioritizing work within the M365 area and ensuring that the platform is developed in a structured and needs-driven manner. You act as an advisor in the choice of solutions and contribute to ensuring that technical decisions are well anchored in the business. Furthermore, you work on developing, configuring, and improving solutions within the platform and ensure integration with other IT systems. You drive improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for optimization, focusing on both efficient usage and cost-effectiveness. You ensure that decided actions are implemented and followed up. The role also includes guiding and supporting team members and consultants in technical questions related to the platform.

Who Are You?
We are looking for you who have several years of experience working with Microsoft 365 in larger organizations and have a good understanding of how the platform's different parts fit together and can be used efficiently. You are accustomed to translating business needs into sustainable solutions and have experience with licensing and cost optimization within M365. You are proficient in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, and thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and change-intensive environment.
