Tumba Riv & Sanering is a secure and stable family-owned company working with demolition, remediation, and core drilling. The company was founded in 2006 and has grown alongside its customers. We have our base with machinery and administration in Tullinge and work throughout the Greater Stockholm area. We work as subcontractors for larger construction companies and handle, among other things, ROT work (Repair, Replace, Maintain) and pipe replacements. Our customers choose us because we are reliable and perform work with high quality and cleanliness. Order and tidiness are important to us, both during the work and when we leave the job site.
Tumba Riv & Sanering has experienced staff, and we are proud to have low employee turnover. Many want to stay with us and develop further in the industry. We currently have a lot of work and are therefore looking for more demolition workers who want to become part of our team.
About the position
As a demolition worker with us, you will work at various job sites around the Stockholm area. You will become part of an experienced team where safety, quality, and responsibility are important in every assignment.
The work is physical and suits you who are accustomed to hard work, following instructions, and collaborating with others on a construction site. You also need to understand the importance of keeping the workplace clean, safe, and organized.
As a demolition worker, you will among other things:
- Perform standard demolition work.
- Work on projects related to, among other things, ROT work and pipe replacements.
- Maintain order and tidiness at the workplace during the workday.
- Ensure that the site is clean and tidy when you leave.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other trades on site.
Responsibilities
You are responsible for carrying out your tasks in a safe, precise, and professional manner. You follow instructions, work with high quality, and ensure that the workplace is left in good condition.
Cleanliness is very important to us. Therefore, you need to be someone who sees what needs to be done and takes responsibility for the work being done correctly from start to finish.
Desired profile:
- At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position.
- Good references from previous employers.
- You need to be able to speak and understand Swedish.
- You need to be able to work physically and take responsibility for your work.
We are looking for someone who:
Is tidy and meticulous; because we always want everything clean, safe, and secure at our workplaces.
Is reliable and responsible; because our customers should be able to trust that we do what we have promised.
Has a positive attitude; because you will work closely with colleagues and contribute to a good atmosphere in the team.
Merits if you:
- Have a B-class driver's license.
Other:
Start: After the summer.
Working hours: 07:00–16:00.
Location: At job sites around the Stockholm area.
Employment type: Full-time, permanent. We apply a 6-month probation period.
Benefits: Salary according to the Construction Industry Agreement.
