We are now looking for a Project Manager for Land Development who wants to help create sustainable, attractive, and vibrant environments for today's and tomorrow's residents.

We welcome both those at the beginning of their career who wish to develop alongside experienced colleagues, and those with extensive experience in independently driving complex land development projects.

The Land and Development Department is part of the Urban Planning Administration and is responsible for the municipality's land and development issues. We are in an exciting phase of development where we are building common working methods and a strong culture characterized by collaboration, development, and engagement.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager for Land Development, you will drive land development projects through the entire urban planning process – from early ideas and investigations to implementation and completion.

You are responsible for creating momentum in the projects and coordinating work between internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead and drive land development projects from early investigation to completion.
• Be responsible for the project schedule, budget, quality, and goal fulfillment.
• Prepare decision-making materials and handle contracts.
• Coordinate developers, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Work with financial follow-up, risk management, and project control.
• Present projects to political bodies and other decision-makers.
• Contribute to the development of the organization's working methods and processes.

The scope and complexity of the projects are adapted based on your experience and competence.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have a university degree in fields such as surveying, urban planning, civil engineering, or equivalent.

You should also:

• Have experience in project management, land and development issues, or other relevant activities within urban planning.
• Have a good ability to coordinate different stakeholders and drive processes forward.
• Be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Merits
