We are now seeking an engaged and results-oriented Production Manager who wants to help develop our operations!

About the role

As a Production Manager with us, you will have a key role where you are responsible for leading and developing a machine-based production that operates in 2-shift, continuous night, and weekend shifts. You work close to the operations and create conditions for efficient flows, high quality, and a good working environment.

You will become part of an established and experienced production management team consisting of six other production managers, where you will jointly drive development forward.

You report directly to the Production Manager (Head of Production) and contribute actively to the management work.

You have overall responsibility but do not stand alone – you have strong support in the form of shift leaders for each shift as well as training coordinators.

Your main areas of responsibility:

• Lead, coach, and develop the production team
• Ensure a safe and well-functioning working environment
• Be responsible for personnel matters such as development discussions, planning, and follow-up
• Drive improvement work and efficiency in production
• Work closely with operations to optimize flows and delivery precision

• Is a driven and clear leader with the ability to engage and motivate
• Has experience from a production environment, preferably in the machinery or manufacturing industry
• Has a good understanding of technical processes and machinery (meritorious)
• Has experience in personnel responsibility and working environment issues
• Is solution-oriented and thrives in a dynamic environment
