Do you want to make a difference every day? I am an active woman currently looking for the right people who want to work for me, as temporary staff with the possibility of a permanent schedule in the future. Being a part of my life, from being my extended arms and legs in daily life to accompanying me on everything I do. This means you need to feel comfortable in all the different contexts I might participate in.

It is important that you are a swimmer, are not allergic to chlorine, and feel safe in water. I have a dog, so you should not be allergic or afraid of dogs or other animals. I love cooking and enjoy baking. I love gardening and crafting together with my personal assistants in my garden paradise. During the darker part of the year and on rainy days, I let my creative side have its outlet. A B-class driver's license and driving experience are a big plus!

I am looking for you with life experience and who stands firmly on the ground. You should master Swedish in both speech and writing, as I need your help reading and writing in various contexts. If you have knowledge of sign language communication, that is a plus, and if not, there must be a willingness to learn.

The working hours are scheduled as follows during the same day:

• 10:00 - 12:00
• 12:30 - 06:48 (sleeping on-call between 23:00-06:30)

• Must be a swimmer and tolerate chlorine
• Must not have allergies to fur-bearing animals as a dog lives in the home

Upon Employment For employment with us at Nordström Assistans, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID document as well as a valid tax certificate (personbevis) and/or any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. A tax certificate can be easily downloaded from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be 18 years old to work as a personal assistant with us.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of good conduct. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so ordering should be done in good time.
