About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist who wants to combine qualified executive recruitment with strategic development work. Here, you will play a key role in ensuring that Region Dalarna recruits and retains the right competence – today and in the future.
You will become part of the Competence Supply Department, consisting of 11 knowledgeable and engaged colleagues. The work spans strategic competence supply issues, employer branding, as well as executive and international recruitment. In your role, you will collaborate closely with a colleague who also works with executive recruitment. The Personnel Unit comprises approximately 90 employees in total, offering both operational HR support and specialist competence in areas such as negotiation, working environment and health, payroll, and HR digitalization and systems. Here, you will have a large network of experienced colleagues to collaborate with, learn from, and develop together with.
Responsibilities
As an HR Specialist within recruitment, you will work both operationally and strategically. You will lead recruitment processes for some of the organization's most important positions while simultaneously driving the development of our recruitment processes, methods, and approaches.
In this role, you will:
- Process lead and support the recruitment of senior executives and other strategically important positions throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Ensure quality, equality, and legal security in the recruitment work.
- Develop and quality-assure the region's competence-based recruitment process, methods, and tools.
- Plan and conduct training in competence-based recruitment.
- Monitor, analyze, and develop recruitment work based on statistics and key performance indicators.
- Develop and quality-assure our AI agent for recruitment, Regrek.
The role requires both expert knowledge and integrity; you are a trusted advisor who dares to challenge established ways of working, ask the important questions, and stand up for professional, competence-based recruitment.
The position is permanent with an immediate start.
Other Information
Interviews for the role will take place in weeks 28 and 29.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have:
- An academic education in HR/personnel science or other education that the employer considers equivalent.
- Several years of experience in competence-based recruitment work and structured selection methods.
- Experience recruiting senior executives or leadership positions.
- Experience developing processes, approaches, or methods within the recruitment field.
- Experience working consultatively and coaching towards managers.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
It is meritorious if you have:
- Experience from public sector operations.
- Experience training managers and HR in competence-based recruitment.
- Experience with digitalization and AI support within HR and recruitment.
- Experience with psychometric tests.
