About the Role

You will be the supervisor for our demolition workers on our project sites. You are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on the daily work on-site, ensuring that projects are carried out according to schedule, budget, and current safety requirements. You act as the link between project management and production, playing a key role in creating structure, well-being, and efficiency at the workplace.

• Projects located near Helsingborg: Working hours Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00.
• Projects not near Helsingborg where daily commuting is not possible: Working hours Monday–Thursday. Accommodation and lodging are arranged by the company.
• Full-time position with a monthly salary.

We are looking for you if you meet the following requirements:

• You are reliable, hardworking, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

• You are structured, responsible, and confident in leading personnel.
• You have a background as a demolition worker or within the construction industry.
• You speak and understand Swedish.
• You hold a valid B-driver’s license.
• You are physically fit and enjoy physical work.

Qualifications that are a plus:

• Experience in planning and following up on work at construction sites.
