Your Role

As a Project Planner, you will play a central role in our new development and maintenance projects – either as the sole responsible planner or within a planning group, depending on the project's scope. You will work closely with the project manager and be a key figure in both strategic and operational decisions.

Your main responsibilities:

• Participate in strategic and operational analyses and develop project schedules.
• Maintain short-term and long-term resource planning for projects.
• Analyze time and resource plans to support project managers and management with decision-making data.
• Develop working methods and processes.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role as a Project Planner, we believe you are a driven and responsible person. You possess social competence and the ability to see the big picture, as well as the drive to dive into details when needed.

Furthermore, we believe that you:

• Have experience in project management, industrial project planning, or relevant post-secondary education (e.g., engineering degree or project management training).
• Are comfortable making decisions in complex situations.
• Have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Have good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.

The position requires you to undergo and pass the security clearance checks according to current regulations. For positions where Saab requires security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
