Material Technology in Karlskrona is expanding in line with the company's growth journey and is now seeking shift-working laboratory technicians in a 2-shift system with on-call duties.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is curious, responsible, and highly motivated to develop according to set goals. The role requires that you can follow and adhere to given instructions and document performed work according to current routines. Structure and attention to detail are characteristics that define your work, while being disciplined, responsible, and flexible aligns with your personal traits.

To thrive in this role, you are comfortable handling changes with short notice and enjoy working both in a group and independently.

Your tasks will include, among other things:

• Routine analyses and controls
• Preparing materials and cables for more complex analyses
• Supporting logistics work and 5S within the department
• Being part of an on-call team that shares this responsibility during nights and weekends.

We place great importance on your personality. However, to succeed in the role, you should have the following experience:

• You have a secondary education, preferably with a technical focus
• Previous experience in: Quality control or laboratory work, cable production, shift work is meritorious
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of English
