Laxå Municipality is a pleasant small municipality located in southern Örebro County. Here, 450 people work across four operational areas – Municipal Management, Community Development, Education, and Care and Social Services. We are looking for you who want to be part of the HSL unit in Laxå Municipality! Together, we strive for a stable and safe operation for both employees and users/patients. Our vision is to be a unit where working together, helping each other, and collaborating with other actors, both within and outside the municipality, is second nature.

We focus on rehabilitative working methods and early interventions where every user/patient receives good care, rehabilitation, and support. This is to reduce the need for extensive care in the future and to increase the quality of life for residents, as much as we can. Collaboration with needs assessment, nursing assistants, and occupational therapists is particularly important.

With us, you will have a varied job where you meet users/patients with different needs on a daily basis, and your work area covers the entire municipality. We run special housing, short-term accommodation, and interventions in the users' own homes. As a nurse, you will be employed by the municipality, but we try, as far as possible, to accommodate any personal preferences regarding placement. The nursing team here consists of many experienced and skilled colleagues.

When you start with us, you will undergo an introduction with experienced colleagues. You will also receive support in growing into the role of a nurse with us. We work according to a twelve-week schedule, which means working every sixth weekend.

• Are a licensed nurse or district nurse
• Can work independently but also in collaboration with colleagues
• Have a holistic view of the users'/patients' needs
• Want to help shape the future

Long experience in the profession is an advantage. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and fitting into the team.
