You will step into a comprehensive urban development project where new housing, workplaces, schools, parks, and other infrastructure are emerging. In this environment, land, water & sanitation (VA), and environmental protection measures need to work together in a safe and well-coordinated manner.

A central part of the assignment concerns an area with PFAS contamination from previous operations, where protective measures and water treatment are crucial to reducing the impact on the surroundings. As a client support specialist in construction management, you work closely with the client, other technical consultants, and the contractor responsible for water treatment. You play a key role in driving the work forward in an environment where technical breadth, experience, and good judgment make a real difference. This is particularly interesting for you who want to work with complex infrastructure and environmental issues in a project with clear societal benefits.

• You support the client in construction management related to land, water & sanitation, and environmental protection measures.
• You monitor the implementation of measures in contaminated areas and contribute to ensuring the work maintains the right quality and progress.
• You coordinate work with other consultants and with the contractor responsible for water treatment.
• You contribute to planning, follow-up, and practical handling of issues within infrastructure works and environmental protection.
• You document the work through daily logs in a digital format according to an agreed structure.

• You have a relevant post-secondary education in construction or infrastructure.
• You have worked as a consultant or contractor for at least 20 years with relevant assignments in both public and commercial operations.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in infrastructure works where the handling of soil contamination was part of the assignment.
• You have experience with environmental measures at PFAS-contaminated airport areas.
• You have experience with environmental protection measures in the form of water treatment during infrastructure works or soil remediation.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish.
