Summer Job within Functional Support

We need employees within personal assistance, for our service and group homes within the LSS (Act for Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), as well as housing support and social psychiatry. Job Responsibilities

We are looking for you who want to work to make our customers' everyday lives more understandable, meaningful, manageable, and content-rich.

As an employee within functional support, your responsibility is to support the customer towards as independent a life as possible, based on their needs. You function as a support in daily life regarding care, social contacts, health care contacts, etc. You will be part of a context where high demands are placed on teamwork and responsibility. You will also accompany our customers on walks, exercise, and other leisure activities.

The work also includes maintaining good contact with relatives, guardians, and other people close to the customer.

You will, among other things, work with the methods of clarifying pedagogy and low-affective approach.

The workplaces within functional support are located centrally and in outer areas and may involve day, evening, weekend, and night work depending on your placement.

Qualifications

As a person, you are engaged in your work and sensitive to the customer's needs. You are flexible and have the interest, willingness, and ability to help others. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and teamwork skills.

• Driver's license is meritorious in several of our operations
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language
• Good digital IT skills
