The Rescue Services in Öckerö Municipality are now looking for an administrator who wants to contribute to our operations functioning efficiently and professionally.

About the job

As an administrator with us, you have a central role in the daily work. You support management and operational staff and contribute to creating structure and good service throughout the organization. The work is varied and requires both independence and good collaboration skills.

Job Description

The position includes among other things:

  • Handling personnel administration (scheduling, absence, payroll data)
  • Invoice processing and basic economic administration
  • Documentation, diary registration, and archiving according to current regulations
  • Support in case handling and follow-up
  • Coordination of meetings and internal communication
  • Participation in procurement, including preparation of documents, administration of procurement processes, and contract follow-up
  • Other administrative support for the rescue services' operations

Your Background

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Upper secondary education, preferably with an administrative focus or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.
  • Experience in administrative work, preferably within the public sector
  • Good computer skills and experience with administrative systems
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
