Purchasing in Kungsbacka is looking for a driven E-commerce Coordinator!

The role of E-commerce Coordinator with us

As an E-commerce Coordinator, you will participate in the various phases of the purchasing process, act as our operational spokesperson, and maintain and establish new collaborations with internal requesters and suppliers. We work in a category-based manner, and together with colleagues, you will drive improvement work, develop working methods, and strengthen efficiency and coordination.

You will among other things:

• Make agreements orderable by connecting suppliers and agreements
• Ensure quality of connections and participate in agreement follow-up
• Participate in dialogue with agreement groups and suppliers regarding ordering procedures and to ensure we work according to our agreements
• Provide advice on e-commerce matters
• Provide support via the case management system
• Develop business processes
• Assist with statistics, purchasing patterns, environmental scanning, and market surveys.

Your profile

To thrive in the role of E-commerce Coordinator with us, you have a good ability to work independently, structured, and efficiently. You have a service-oriented and business-minded mindset, as well as good prioritization and problem-solving skills. You enjoy having many contacts and are communicative and relationship-building, which contributes to good collaborations both internally and externally. You are receptive and have an optimistic attitude towards change. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

We are looking for you who have:

• A post-secondary education equivalent to University College (YH) or university within purchasing, IT, or deemed equivalent by us
• Work experience in working with e-commerce and supplier agreements
• Work experience in working with the process from order to payment
• Work experience in following up on supplier agreements
• Work experience in data analysis that we deem relevant for the position
• Relevant work experience in digitalization, automation
• Excellent skills in Excel and the rest of the Microsoft Office package

It is meritorious if you have:

• Work experience in requirement setting and implementation work related to connecting suppliers to e-commerce systems
• Work experience with AI and Power Platform

Our offer and other information

We offer a fixed-term full-time employment for approximately one year, starting as agreed.

Purchasing handles the purchasing process from need to payment and consists of two units: Procurement and E-commerce, as well as specialists within law, sustainability, and logistics.
