Key Account Manager / KAM in Beauty and Lifestyle for Rybrinks
Do you have experience from the grocery retail sector and are you an experienced and engaged salesperson with a passion for building strong customer relationships and business development? Then this could be your next challenge! Rybrinks has a strong position within FMCG in the Nordics with brands such as Topz, Gunry, and SoQu. Gunry hand soap is the market leader in Swedish grocery retail, Topz is making big strides into new categories with skincare and cleansing products, and SoQu is our latest addition within Korean skincare. We are currently growing rapidly and need to strengthen our sales team with a new star. Do you want to be part of it?
We are now looking for a Key Account Manager who wants to take our relationships within grocery retail, discount stores, and retail to the next level and contribute to our continued growth. Here you will have the opportunity to influence and develop Rybrinks' business with a focus on beauty and lifestyle.
Your new role
As a Key Account Manager, you are responsible for developing and strengthening customer relationships. You work strategically and operationally to drive sales, negotiate contracts, and execute successful product launches. The role involves creating long-term business relationships with your customers, who are buyers at major chains, and contributing to profitable growth for our brands. You will primarily develop our existing customers and agreements, but you will also process new customers to a certain extent to broaden our business. You will become an important part of our sales team, which consists of nine people.
The position is a permanent full-time role. You will be based out of the office in Kungsbacka. The role will involve a fair amount of travel, both within Sweden and the Nordics. Much of this can be managed via day trips.

We are looking for you who have:
Experience in a similar KAM role today within FMCG (Grocery/Discount) with solid knowledge of leading negotiations and closing agreements with major chains, benefiting both the company and the customer.
