As an Inside Sales Representative at Skandro, you will primarily focus on acquiring new customers, but the role also involves developing and nurturing existing customer relationships. For larger business opportunities, our experienced field sales representatives will visit the customer, but the responsibility for driving the deal to closure lies with you in this role.

The position is located in our new premises in Särö, outside Kungsbacka, where you will become part of a closely collaborating team.

In this role, you will work with:

  • Overall responsibility for your own customer portfolio
  • Updating and working in Lime Go and other CRM systems
  • Qualifying leads, customers, and products
  • Phone outreach to new and existing customers
  • Handling incoming inquiries
  • Calculating and pricing special packaging
  • Following up on quotes
  • Registering customers in relevant systems and services
  • Communicating with production to ensure correct delivery
  • Following up on customer orders and proactively handling any deviations

To succeed in the role, you have:

  • Several years of documented sales experience, preferably with industrial customers
  • Good experience working with CRM systems
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work
  • A valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
