As a Customer Success Manager, you are responsible for developing and nurturing our existing customer relationships. Your focus is on ensuring that customers experience clear value from our services and choose to continue collaborating with us over time. You will become a key part of the customer journey – from onboarding and launch to ongoing follow-up, advisory services, and business development. You will take over and manage a significant portion of the company's existing customer base, meaning you will work with established relationships and play a central role in further developing collaborations, increasing customer satisfaction, strengthening renewal rates, and creating long-term value for both the customer and Våning 18.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop long-term customer relationships
• Ensure customers experience clear value from our collaboration
• Work proactively with follow-up, advisory services, and customer development
• Identify upselling opportunities that create business value for the customer
• Responsible for increasing customer satisfaction and renewal rates
• Collaborate closely with sales, technical staff, and project managers to create the best possible customer experience

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in customer relations, sales, or business development
• Are skilled at building trust and creating long-term relationships
• Think commercially and have the ability to see opportunities to develop customers
• Are self-motivated, structured, and solution-oriented
• Enjoy working towards clear goals and key performance indicators
• Express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, or Paid Social is highly valued for this role
