Malte Group is now looking for an engaged, technical, and business-driven salesperson who wants to help develop the market for the company's innovative solutions within vehicle and car washing.
About the Role
As a salesperson at Malte Group, you will play a key role in the company's ongoing progress and growth. You are responsible for sales within your geographical area and work closely with both new and existing customers to create long-term and profitable business relationships.
This role suits you if you enjoy visiting customers, understanding their business needs, and presenting technical solutions that create real value. You drive business from initial contact through to closing and follow-up, while building a strong network in the market. You have a strong organization behind you with access to experience, the market's best products, and well-reputed reference projects.
Your Responsibilities
- Process the market and identify new business opportunities
- Plan and conduct customer visits with new and existing clients
- Build long-term relationships and act as a consultant throughout the process
- Present and sell Malte Group's solutions within vehicle washing and car wash
- Prepare quotes, contracts, and business proposals
- Follow up on projects and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work systematically in CRM systems and keep customer information updated
- Analyze sales results, forecasts, and market development
Your Profile
We are looking for someone driven by creating business through trust, relationships, and technical understanding. You have a genuine interest in the customer's operations and the ability to translate needs into solutions.
To succeed in the role, we see that you:
- Have experience in B2B sales
- Have worked with technical products, equipment, or solutions
- Thrive in a consulting and relationship-oriented sales role
- Are self-motivated, structured, and results-oriented
- Have good administrative skills and experience with CRM systems
- Fluently speak Swedish and have good knowledge of English
- Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
Experience from the automotive, washing, or service industry is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you have a technical interest and the willingness to understand the customer's business. We place great emphasis on your personal suitability.
