Recently, we have expanded our operations to also buy and sell used mobile phones, which will become a significant part of the work moving forward.

As an employee at Fix My Phone, you will meet our customers daily and serve as the face of the company. This role requires high social competence, responsibility, and a drive for sales.

We are now looking for new employees for our store in Halmstad. You will be the face of Fix My Phone. Through your advice and sales knowledge, you will work together with the customer to identify what needs to be addressed on their mobile phones or tablets. You will then repair the device and follow up with the customer upon case completion, while also working on upselling accessories and other products. Great emphasis is placed on meeting all customer needs, both hidden and explicit. We work towards a more sustainable future for both the customer and the world as a whole; therefore, it is important to us that customers receive the right accessories and protection for their phone after a completed repair to prevent future mishaps. It is your task to sell these to the customer!

All new employees undergo training where we teach you how to repair various devices, handle the cash register, and receive regular training in sales techniques and customer service.

We are looking for someone with high work ethic, problem-solving skills, and genuine drive. You are responsible and value order and structure, for your own sake and for others.

Previous experience in sales and roles requiring dexterity is considered an advantage.

Salary: 25,000.00 SEK - 50,000.00 SEK per month
