At the Unit for Operational Support Procurement, we are looking for two procurement strategists with a genuine interest in good business. We offer a broad and exciting role with good opportunities to influence your work. Our unit is responsible for procurement within Facility Management (including food, textiles, and furniture), vehicles, transport, as well as overarching services (including education, finance, and communication).

At the Corporate Staff Procurement and Financial Management, approximately 75 employees work to drive Region Skåne's procurement of goods and services. Here you work in modern and pleasant premises in an attractive location at Dockan in Malmö, with a wide range of lunch restaurants nearby and good communication links.

Job Responsibilities

As a procurement strategist with us, you carry out qualified procurement and tendering work within your category area. You play an important role as a project manager for the implementation of the tender assignment and are responsible, among other things, for developing various needs and market analyses, business proposals, and category strategies. Furthermore, you develop a good knowledge of the supplier market, conduct negotiations, draft contracts, and are responsible for contract management. You are expected to contribute to an innovative environment where we constantly seek better ways to achieve our prioritized goals.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have several years of experience in strategic procurement work and are confident in the role of project manager with experience leading and driving larger projects. You have a university degree and/or education, preferably in economics, law, technology, procurement/tendering, or alternatively other education that the employer considers equivalent. Since you will independently conduct oral negotiations and formulate contract text, very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required. You also have good experience with the Microsoft Office package, where very good knowledge of Excel is seen as a prerequisite for the position. We would like you to have good knowledge of or experience working in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (LOU).

The tasks require you to be structured and goal-oriented. You are a good negotiator with the ability to maintain and further develop relationships with clients, various market actors, and other stakeholders. Furthermore, you are driven in your working method with experience working long-term and commercially. You have a good ability to work independently while valuing good cooperation with your colleagues. You are a problem solver who thrives with a high work pace and appreciates developing and contributing to the development of your colleagues. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

We plan to hold first interviews during week 28.
