About the role

As a Senior Performance Marketer at Social Zense, you will work daily with digital marketing and paid campaigns for our clients via platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads. Your primary mission is to drive growth in client results and profitability, both in the short and long term.

You will establish strategies, create synergies, and optimize campaigns to achieve the best possible outcomes. By analyzing target audiences and leveraging insights—using tools such as Google Analytics 4—you will identify opportunities to meet key business objectives.

The role is based at our office in central Malmö, with the possibility of working from home two days a week. In addition to a fixed salary, you have the opportunity to influence your total compensation through a generous uncapped commission model.

This is a permanent position starting with a 6-month probation period. Immediate start preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and create strategies, campaigns, and ads for multiple clients across social media and search engines.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize channels daily against set goals.
• Responsible for tracking and reporting on campaign outcomes and results.
• Manage and oversee advertising budgets.
• Build and maintain client relationships to ensure and increase customer satisfaction.
• Project manage existing clients, drive initiatives, and establish and follow up on goals.
• Educate companies and clients through webinars, breakfast meetings, and similar formats.
• Expand business and client growth by providing sharp recommendations on media mix, new markets, or similar opportunities.

What we value

• At least 3 years of experience in digital advertising on platforms such as Meta, Google, etc.
• Post-secondary education in digital marketing or a related field.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Dynamic and independent, comfortable taking responsibility and initiative.
