Your role as Kitchen Specialist

For you, communication, coaching others, and achieving results are driving forces. You enjoy building good relationships and tackling different tasks every day. In the role of Kitchen Specialist, you will train and coach in sales and product knowledge, serving as a key motivator to achieve the best results for the product area. Creative solutions and attention to detail are qualities you possess, which contribute to customers receiving the best kitchen solution from you! The kitchen display always looks impeccable when you are on duty, and you have no problem working independently. Flexibility and a hands-on approach are required; you participate and act in daily operations and serve as a role model for others.

Who are you?

As a Kitchen Specialist at Elgiganten, your personal qualities and motivation are the most important. You are responsible for the kitchen area, and your task is to use your specialist expertise to build trust within the team as well as with customers who need support in this important purchasing process. You love to develop yourself, develop others, and achieve your goals, and of course, have fun while doing it!

We see that you:

• Can offer our customers a holistic solution by selling our products and services
• Are creative and can help our customers on their way to their dream kitchen
• Love to train and develop others within your specialist field
• Can follow up and develop results within the product area
• Are meticulous and keen to keep the kitchen display updated

Experience in kitchen and white goods sales is an advantage in this role but not a requirement. During your introduction, we will provide you with the knowledge and training required to be a Kitchen Specialist, all to ensure you succeed and thrive with us.
