We are now looking for a customer service representative for our client in Malmö. In your daily work, you will work towards the group's set goals for service and customer satisfaction. Your primary tools are the phone and computer, where you answer incoming calls, handle cases via email, and chat.
You will be part of a cheerful team that has a genuine interest in service, while you are in a developing and learning environment. The customer service team actively works to give every customer a positive experience.
We offer regular training and coaching!
Your profile:
We are looking for you who have experience within service, perhaps from another industry, but who are now ready to take the next step and try something new. To succeed in the role, you are driven by meeting and helping customers in a professional manner and are motivated by working towards set goals. You are communicative, easily understand the customer's needs, and are attentive to both customers and your colleagues.
