We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join Collector, someone who wants to take a holistic approach to our digital new customer acquisition while working closely with data on a daily basis.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Performance Marketing Manager here, you have a clear mandate to drive new customer growth and maximize the impact of our marketing investments. You combine strategic responsibilities—such as prioritizing budgets, selecting channels, and setting direction—with a strong operational focus where you work directly in the platforms, analyze results, and drive continuous optimization. Your role is about making things happen and creating measurable impact.

Your main responsibilities:

• Drive and optimize performance marketing in channels such as Search, YouTube, Paid Social, and Display.
• Ensure efficient and ROI-driven marketing with a focus on ROAS, CPA, and new customer inflow.
• Responsible for budget allocation and ongoing optimization across channels.
• Test and develop new channels, formats, and ways of working to increase impact and reach.
• Take responsibility for and develop SEO and AIO strategies closely aligned with business goals.
• Monitor, analyze, and translate data into concrete improvements.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience in operational campaign management using CM360, DV360, SA360, and Meta Ads Manager, and who can demonstrate good results over time. You are accustomed to working in a data-driven manner and making decisions based on analysis and clear insights rather than gut feeling.

You have good knowledge of tools such as Google Marketing Platform (DV360, SA360, and CM360), Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics 4. You are experienced in working with attribution and have practical SEO experience. Furthermore, you have a technical understanding of how the web works, including basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, tracking via Google Tag Manager, and how data collection, cookies, and ad platforms interact. Experience working with or against APIs related to ad platforms is a plus.

You are analytical and curious, with a strong drive to understand what lies behind the results and how they can be improved. You are self-motivated, take ownership of driving the work forward, and have a clear focus on business value and results. At the same time, you have a good ability to translate data and insights into concrete actions that create impact.
