What are your responsibilities?

As a Fleet Administrator, you play a central role in ensuring that PreZero's fleet is managed efficiently and that the company's vehicle-related processes run smoothly. The role is broad and varied, characterized by numerous contact points both internally and externally. You work closely with suppliers, partners, and colleagues, ensuring that information, administration, and deliveries are handled in a structured and quality-assured manner.

A key part of the role is delivery monitoring, where you follow up on and coordinate several suppliers throughout the entire supply chain – from chassis ordering to the delivery of the finished vehicle. You work proactively to ensure deliveries occur as planned, follow up on deviations, and contribute to creating efficient working methods and processes.

Your responsibilities also include managing fuel cards, administering taxes and fees via the Swedish Transport Agency, reporting status changes, and registering vehicles for commercial traffic. You are also responsible for updating vehicle information to partners, ordering license plates, handling cases related to vehicle damage, and producing statistics for Trafikanalys.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where structure, precision, and collaboration are in focus. You have experience with administrative tasks and coordination and enjoy creating order, driving processes forward, and ensuring the details are correct.

As a person, you are independent, responsible, and solution-oriented. You are good at prioritizing between different tasks, work structurally even when the pace is high, and enjoy handling several parallel processes simultaneously. You are communicative and easily build good collaborations with both colleagues and external contacts.

We would appreciate experience in fleet administration or similar administrative tasks. Experience from logistics, purchasing, or other coordinating roles is a plus. Additionally, experience working with administrative systems, databases, Google Sheets, or Fordonskontroll is an advantage.
