• You develop system designs and contribute to the system architecture for complex technical solutions.
• You drive requirements gathering, analysis, and management throughout the system's lifecycle.
• You create technical specifications, system descriptions, and other project documentation that brings clarity to the development process.
• You plan and execute work related to the verification and validation of system requirements.
• You coordinate technical areas such as hardware, software, electronics, and networks to ensure the whole system functions cohesively.
• You engage in technical dialogue with both internal and external stakeholders and contribute to the development, integration, and further evolution of technical platforms and systems.
• Travel may be required in this role.

• Several years of experience as a Systems Engineer or in a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of Systems Engineering, requirements management, and system lifecycle processes.
• Experience working with complex technical systems where hardware plays a central role.
• Ability to translate business and customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in cross-functional project work.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English.

• Experience with electronics-related development or electronic systems.
• Background from the automotive industry, defense industry, or other regulated technical environments.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, or system integration.
• Familiarity with standards and methodologies within Systems Engineering, such as INCOSE or ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288.
