We operate across almost the entire country with a total of nearly 4,000 employees within primary care, psychiatry, maternity care, child health services (BVC), and occupational health. The group has grown through acquisitions and currently has a complex IT environment with local solutions and many external providers. We now want to take a stronger grip on our infrastructure and management.

Therefore, we are building a stronger internal IT organization and are looking for an experienced System Administrator.

What will you do?
You will play a central role in driving, managing, and developing our primarily Microsoft-based infrastructure. The focus is on Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and networking. We are looking for someone who truly enjoys tackling technical debt and legacy systems, as well as structuring and standardizing processes.

What do we offer?
Prima Vård's IT department is a new central function with a small, pragmatic core team. You will be involved early on and have direct influence on how we build our technical environment. You will report to the Head of Group IT and collaborate closely with the IT Business Partner and Service Desk Manager to form a strong IT function.

We are in a phase where we are bringing responsibilities back from external providers. This means you will work operationally within the systems while also setting standards, defining requirements for deliveries, and ensuring quality throughout the environment.

How do we work?
Currently, Prima Vård's IT infrastructure is outsourced to external providers. Internally, we have lacked the capacity to steer, define requirements, and assess deliveries – but now we are taking back ownership.

As a System Administrator, you will take technical ownership of Active Directory, Entra ID, the client environment, and network infrastructure. You will possess the internal competence that allows you to review and challenge what external providers do, as well as build capacity to drive more of this operationally in-house. You will work on the long-term standardization and modernization of our environment. Additionally, we drive many technical projects related to the hardware and software required to run a healthcare organization in rapid growth.

Your main responsibilities:
· Own and administer Active Directory and Entra ID
· Drive technical migrations during acquisitions, including AD migrations and tenant integrations
· Own and standardize the client environment via tools such as Intune, Defender, and Group Policy
· Own and standardize the network environment
· Review and quality-assure technical deliveries from external providers
· Manage hardware lifecycle and build technical documentation
· Act as an escalation path for the support team in complex technical cases

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you with the following skills:
· Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft infrastructure: AD, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and GPOs.
· Experience with AD migrations, e.g., multi-forest to single-tenant scenarios.
· Experience in network administration, troubleshooting, and standardization, preferably with Unifi.
· Ability to work independently in an organization under construction.

Preferred qualifications:
M365 administration at the tenant level, understanding of NIS2 and patient data security, and experience from mission-critical environments. Certifications are a plus, but experience weighs heavier.
