Are you studying IT and looking for a part-time job alongside your studies? We are now looking for a student who wants to work 20 hours per week at an exciting company in Malmö. Here you get the chance to develop your technical skills in a modern IT environment and play a central role in providing fast and quality support to the organization's users.

About the role

As a 1st Line Support specialist, you are the face of the client's internal IT department and the first point of contact for your colleagues. You handle incoming cases via our ticketing system and resolve everything from access rights issues to hardware configuration in close collaboration with the team's specialists. The position is 50%, which corresponds to 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

The role involves being the primary support function for internal users, where you handle a wide variety of technical cases regarding both software and hardware.

  • Handle and prioritize incoming cases in the ticketing system.
  • Manage permissions and perform password resets in Active Directory and Azure.
  • Provide support and guidance in Microsoft 365 and the Office suite.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers and peripheral equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and fix issues with printers and other office hardware.
  • Escalate complex network or system issues to the appropriate specialist.

We are looking for you who

  • Are studying an IT-related education at a post-secondary level (or similar) and have at least 1.5 years left of your studies. Or have another main occupation of at least 50%.
  • Can work 20 hours per week.
  • Are comfortable working in a Windows environment.
  • Have basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the Office suite.
  • Have a strong technical interest and willingness to learn new systems.

It is an advantage if you have

  • Previous experience in technical customer support or network troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge in Active Directory (AD) or Azure.
  • Experience with hardware configuration and installation.
