As Sweden's leading bakery, we deliver steaming fresh bread to consumers in Sweden and on export markets every morning. At the same time, we are close enough to the operations to make quick decisions, test new paths, and create real value.
Here, you have the opportunity to influence, challenge, and contribute to development!
To meet future needs and continue our digital journey, we are now strengthening our IT department.
Do you want to work on building, developing, and managing a modern Azure platform in a hybrid IT environment?
We are now looking for a System Administrator with a clear focus on Microsoft Azure, where stability, security, and long-term platform development are at the center.
You will play a key role in ensuring that our Azure environment is well-structured, secure, and adapted to the needs of the business, together with colleagues in the team who also work with Azure and related platforms. The work is carried out in close collaboration with others within infrastructure, security, and applications, where you jointly are responsible for a robust and functioning hybrid environment.
About the role
The role is focused on taking responsibility for our Azure platform, from setup and structure to ongoing management and further development. You work closely with others within infrastructure, security, and applications, as well as additional Azure expertise in the team, where you jointly develop and manage the platform over time.
You drive technical improvements, ensure the environment is sustainable over time, and contribute to architecture decisions related to Azure and hybrid infrastructure.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for the structure, setup, and management of the Microsoft Azure environment
- Ensure that the Azure platform is secure, scalable, and cost-effective
- Work with identity, access, networking, and security in Azure
- Manage and further develop the hybrid environment (Azure + On‑prem)
- Monitor operations, performance, and availability
- Handle incidents, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Ensure logging, monitoring, and lifecycle management in the platform
- Document solutions, structure, and configurations
- Participate in improvement work related to stability, security, and structure
We are looking for someone who has:
- Good and practical experience with Microsoft Azure (infrastructure, networking, security)
- Experience in building and managing Azure environments over time
- Experience with hybrid solutions where Azure interacts with on‑prem
- Experience with operations, platform responsibility, and lifecycle management
- Understanding of identity and access (IAM)
- Experience with troubleshooting in complex IT environments
- Very good Swedish and English in speech and writing
Meritorious:
- Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell)
- Experience with monitoring tools and log management
- Experience with CI/CD or DevOps working methods (not main focus)
About you
You are structured and responsible and thrive in a role where you get to take long-term responsibility for a technical platform. You have an interest in creating order, structure, and sustainable solutions that work over time. You like to work closely with others, but are also confident in driving issues related to platform and operations yourself.
We offer:
- A key role in our Azure and platform journey
- Opportunity to influence structure, security, and working methods in our IT environment
- A hybrid environment where both cloud and on‑prem are business-critical
- Close collaboration with both business and IT
- A unique journey within Swedish food production as we build a new modern bakery in Landskrona, with the first breads ready by the end of 2029
The role is located at our headquarters in Malmö – historic ground for Pågen and next door to the bakery, where the smell of freshly baked bread is a natural part of everyday life. We work in the office because we are convinced that it strengthens collaboration, simplifies dialogue, and makes the work both more fun and more efficient. Sitting physically close to the heart of our operations – the bakery – gives a unique understanding of our processes and creates a close connection between IT, business, and what we actually produce.
