Prima Vård is looking for an IT Business Partner in Malmö who wants to work close to the operations in a broad and operational IT role. You will become a key person in the interface between operations and IT, responsible for capturing needs, prioritizing the right initiatives, and driving IT issues in a complex environment with many systems, suppliers, and ongoing changes.

You will step into a new role in a new IT organization and help shape the way forward. You report to the Head of Group IT and work closely with both IT leadership, Regional Managers, Operations Managers, and external suppliers.

As an IT Business Partner, you are responsible for IT delivery within assigned business areas and act as the primary contact between operations and IT. You ensure that needs are handled in a timely manner, that the right priorities are set, and that technical decisions are made with a holistic perspective.

The IT team works closely together with a strong focus on collaboration with operations. You will be at the center of this collaboration. You build relationships and networks within the organization, create understanding of needs and priorities, and drive or participate in change projects that ensure we get business value from the investments we make in our IT environment. We are an unpretentious team in a complex organization where there is always something more we can do.

• Own the IT relationship with assigned business areas
• Identify and capture the operations' IT needs in a timely manner
• Drive IT initiatives such as acquisition integrations, system changes, and clinic relocations
• Support operations projects with IT expertise and ensure the right technical choices
• Coordinate and follow up on external IT suppliers
• Keep track of the system landscape within the business area (inventory and structure)
• Ensure clear management of operations-oriented solutions, including low-code and AI tools

We are looking for you who have a broad IT background and thrive in the role of generalist and coordinator in complex environments.

• Experience in IT coordination, supplier management, and/or IT Business Partner role
• Accustomed to driving and coordinating several IT initiatives in parallel
• Good communication skills towards both operations and technology
• Ability to create structure in an environment where much is under construction and change

Meritorious: Experience from healthcare environments, M365 administration, understanding of NIS2 and patient data protection, experience from insourcing or structural transformation.

The position is a permanent full-time employment (100%), with a 6-month probation period. Start date by agreement and location is at our office near the central station in Malmö. Prima Vård has a collective agreement via Vårdföretagarna.
