About the role

As a Customer Solution Lead (with a clear Solution Architect and pre-sales focus), you will act as a strategic and operational bridge between business needs and technical delivery. You are responsible for identifying and shaping IT solutions that are both technically sustainable and commercially competitive.

Responsibilities

The role entails overall responsibility for driving the development and improvement of IT services, focusing on translating customer needs into viable and profitable solutions.

  • Identify business opportunities and define new IT services and solutions
  • Ensure that new initiatives are technically, commercially, and deliverable-wise feasible
  • Coordinate technical teams and Service Delivery Managers during implementation
  • Responsible for pricing and actively contribute to proposal work
  • Ensure services are correctly documented and communicated to the customer
  • Actively maintain and develop the service and sales pipeline
  • Support customer dialogue, customer plans, and overall customer strategy
  • Work closely with the sales organization in the pre-sales phase to design customer-specific IT solutions

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience as a Solution Architect, Pre-sales Architect, or similar role within IT infrastructure or services
  • Has advanced knowledge in service development and IT delivery in complex environments
  • Has the ability to identify and translate business opportunities into technical solutions
  • Has experience working with customer relations and business development
  • Is proficient in documentation and quality assurance of IT services
  • Fluent in Swedish

It is an advantage if you have

  • Good knowledge of English
  • Experience with pricing and proposal work within the IT sector
  • Background as a system architect or business analyst
