We are in an exciting growth phase and are now looking for a mid/senior-level developer who wants to help build the next generation of our services. You write production code that is actually used, work AI-first in your daily routine, and enjoy both customer contact and modern web development.

As a developer here, you work AI-first, further develop our platforms, modernize the codebase, and ensure that we deliver stable, scalable solutions. The role combines hands-on development with customer contact and significant personal responsibility.

We have offices in central Stockholm and Borås, but the role is location-independent within Sweden/EU – the most important thing is that we find the right person. You work in a product-oriented environment where you are expected to write good code and help understand why we build what we build.

Your main responsibilities include

• Develop and maintain our products with a focus on backend (PHP) and modern frontend (JavaScript).

• Write structured, testable code and contribute to a long-term sustainable architecture.

• Modernize/refactor parts of an existing codebase and perform migrations for customers.

• Work closely with product, operations, and customer teams to translate needs into technical solutions.

• Have direct contact with customers in technical dialogues, e.g., regarding integrations and migrations.

• Use AI tools as a natural part of the development flow, not just as a supplement.

• Contribute to our development processes, e.g., CI/CD and container-based development.

• Documented experience with production-ready code used by real users.

• Strong experience with backend development in PHP.

• Experience with modern JavaScript frontend.

• Ability to write structured, testable code and understanding of long-term system maintenance.

• An AI-first working approach.

• Confidence in direct customer contact and the ability to explain technical solutions clearly.

• Fluency in Swedish or English.

It is highly meritorious if you also have:

• Experience with modernizing/refactoring legacy code.

• Clear product thinking and experience with SaaS environments.

• Experience with container-based development and CI/CD.

• Previous responsibility for smaller technical projects or customer implementations.

As a bonus, we would like you to have:

• Background or interest in the research world.

• Experience introducing new working methods or technologies in a team.

You have clear product thinking, see patterns in user needs, and can think strategically about how we should develop. You are pragmatic, solution-oriented, and ensure that work moves forward instead of getting stuck in processes. You enjoy alternating focus between code and human dialogue, and are curious and self-learning.
