About the Role

As a Technical Property Manager at Erbo, you play a central role in our customers' daily lives. You are responsible for the technical management of your customers' properties and act as an advisor to the boards in both strategic and operational matters.

We want our managers to know their properties well. Therefore, you are expected not only to work from the office but also to visit customers, follow up on contractors, and create a close dialogue with boards and suppliers.

You are given great freedom to plan your work and are expected to take initiative to create the best possible delivery.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the technical contact person for your customers
• Participate in board meetings and act as an advisor on technical matters
• Procure, coordinate, and follow up on contractors
• Handle insurance and damage cases
• Communicate with authorities and other external actors
• Monitor operations, energy, and technical installations
• Provide ongoing advice to customers regarding management issues
• Visit properties and ensure that management maintains high quality

Qualifications

• Experience in technical property management or a similar role is an advantage
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good administrative and digital skills

Meritorious:

• Education in property management or other relevant technical education
• Experience working with housing cooperatives
