Production Technician for Verification & Battery Communication – BESS

Do you want to be part of developing the energy solutions of the future? We are now looking for an engaged and driven Production Technician who wants to work with verification, battery communication, and production development for BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Energy department and our software experts to develop and shape both software, production equipment, and assembly processes used to verify and communicate with battery modules installed in our battery containers.

Your Responsibilities

As a Production Technician, you will among other things:

• Ensure battery communication and verification testing of battery modules.
• Work with End of Line equipment and software solutions related to battery systems.
• Be responsible for production technical quality and baseline conditions within the project assignment.
• Develop and improve assembly processes and ensure appropriate assembly documentation and work instructions.
• Identify and drive efficiency improvements in production flows, such as through pre-assembly and other improvement measures to optimize assembly time and quality.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute your own ideas to the project group.
• Actively participate in projects to ensure that project methods are followed and project goals are met.
• Contribute to the development of the technical organization's internal target work.

Who are you?

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Relevant education in engineering, electrical, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in production technical work within manufacturing industry.
• Experience working with assembly documentation, manual assembly processes, and production optimization.
• Experience with verification, test equipment, software, or industrial communication solutions.
• Good understanding of production flows and structured improvement work.
• Previous experience in project work.
• A genuine interest in electrical engineering and software communication.
