In Sweden and the Nordic countries, we sell and distribute ourselves, while in the rest of Europe and parts of the world, we work via distributors. Our headquarters and entire production are located in Mölnlycke, where approximately 85 employees work closely together with short decision-making paths, high technical competence, and a non-hierarchical collaborative climate.

About the role

As Technical & Maintenance Manager, you will have overarching responsibility for ensuring stable operation, high availability, and long-term technical development in production. You lead and develop work within technical maintenance, machinery, facilities, and investments, and drive technical improvement initiatives that strengthen our competitiveness.

Our production is unique; every order is customer-adapted and manufactured in our own premises in Mölnlycke. The manufacturing covers everything from precision turning and grinding to surface treatment, assembly, and quality control. This places high demands on technology, quality, flexibility, and structure.

In this role, you have personnel responsibility for currently two people. You report to the Production Manager and are part of the production's management structure. The role involves close collaboration with production, quality, purchasing, as well as external suppliers, and you have a clear mandate to influence technology choices, working methods, and future investments.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring high availability and operational safety of machines and equipment through systematic and proactive maintenance work
• In this role, you will have contact with external suppliers and service technicians and plan work together.
• Responsible for and further developing preventive and corrective maintenance processes
• Lead and develop work within technology, maintenance, and facilities
• Drive investments in machines and technical equipment, from needs analysis to implementation
• Work continuously on improvements within technology, automation, and production equipment
• Responsible for contacts with external suppliers of machines, service, and technical solutions
• Participate in and drive projects related to efficiency, automation, and capacity development
• Ensure that technical solutions meet requirements according to MDR, ISO, and current occupational health and safety regulations
• Contribute to the development of working methods, routines, and technical standards
• Monitor relevant KPIs related to operation, availability, and maintenance costs

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are a driven and development-oriented leader with good technical understanding and a structured, business-minded approach. You have several years of experience from the manufacturing industry, preferably in a leading technical position, and are accustomed to working both operationally and strategically in a production-oriented environment.

You have a post-secondary education in technology, production, machinery, or equivalent, and experience in maintenance control, machine optimization, and technical improvement work. You are accustomed to working with investments and driving technical projects, and have good knowledge of business systems and preferably also maintenance systems. Experience from regulated operations, for example according to MDR and ISO, is advantageous.

You master Swedish and English very well, both in speech and writing. As a person, you are solution-oriented, non-hierarchical, and proactive. You thrive in collaboration with different functions and are motivated by creating stable processes, developing technology, and getting the business to function optimally.
