What will you do?

As a Maintenance Leader, you will be operationally involved in preventive and corrective maintenance within production, while simultaneously working strategically towards the company's set goals. You will have the opportunity to be part of an exciting journey in Volvo's continued development, where you will have significant responsibility for the work environment. In this role, you will work on developing your team's competence, planning and following up on activities, as well as analyzing key performance indicators to ensure we remain leaders in our field. You will also continuously develop the team's competence through training, coaching, and individual development, with follow-up and guaranteeing that our standards are followed. As a Maintenance Leader for Megacasting, you will have a dynamic and varied workday, working in a 4-shift system.

You and your skills

We are looking for you who have experience in preventive and corrective maintenance as well as leading people in the field. You thrive in a dynamic environment with a high pace and have a strong ability to drive work forward. You work in a structured manner and contribute to maintaining a high 5S level while driving continuous improvements. You are confident in practical problem-solving within maintenance and its core competencies: Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatics, PLC, Robot, and Hydraulics. Perhaps you already work today as a maintenance leader or in a similar role?

• Electrical competence: Low voltage authorization (AL) according to Appendix 1 in ELSÄK-FS 2017:4, or alternatively a 2-year Electrical Engineering upper secondary school education or equivalent.
• Experience with Maximo, or similar maintenance systems.
• Good ability to formulate yourself both verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office 365.
