About Us

Welcome to Linden Health Centre!

We offer you patient-centered and independent work characterized by close collaboration with colleagues. We are now looking for doctors who want to help develop primary care of the future.

We offer you excellent opportunities for both professional and personal development!

The health centre is centrally located in Katrineholm, adjacent to Kullbergska Hospital, a ten-minute walk from the train station, approximately 50 minutes by train to Stockholm Central, about 25 minutes by train to Norrköping, and just over an hour by car to Örebro.

Your Responsibilities

In the role of a general practitioner specialist, you will have the opportunity to work physically at our clinic as well as digitally from home. Here, you will meet and advise various patients daily while building a secure and close relationship with them. All registered patients must have a designated specialist doctor or resident physician, and our goal is for each general practitioner specialist to have their own list of 1,100 patients.

The practice reflects the breadth of the general medicine specialty; for example, minor surgeries, rectoscopies, and gynecological examinations can be performed at the health centre without requiring a referral to another institution. We also have access to eye and ear microscopes at the clinic.

At our health centre, you will work in an environment with close cooperation between professions and team collaboration. Teamwork promotes interprofessional discussions regarding patient cases, reduces solitary work, and strengthens collaboration with and around the patients. Our responsibilities include care for special housing, home healthcare, and Child Health Care/Family Centre. This allows for opportunities for secondary assignments depending on areas of interest. The health centre is located at Kullbergska Hospital, which also enables close collaboration with specialists at the hospital.

As a specialist, you will support doctors who are undergoing training in their ongoing work and provide supervision during allocated supervision time.

In this role, you will also contribute to developing and changing primary care; your ideas create value for our operations!

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

  • Follow-up of patients with chronic diagnoses
  • Minor surgical procedures
  • Investigations
  • Referral management
  • Collaboration with specialists at the hospital's clinics
  • Certain on-call duties at the primary care on-call service and as an on-call service at home.

Our Offer

Employment terms according to collective agreement. We also offer a flexible/individually adapted position.

Scheduled internal training takes place continuously in the operations, including digital lectures and staff meetings where knowledge transfer from employees occurs.

We have flexible solutions for commuting and individual salary setting. The role offers opportunities for research and personal development.

We offer a wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK.

Your Competence

We are looking for you who are a licensed doctor and specialist in general medicine.

A category B driver's license is required.
