Care Leader for Surgical Department, Nyköping Hospital

At the surgical department of Nyköping Hospital, we are looking for an engaged care leader who wants to contribute to creating safe, secure, and high-quality care.

As a care leader, you work both clinically and in a coordinating role. You are a support for colleagues in daily work, mentor newer employees, and contribute to security and structure on the ward. You help plan and prioritize care, especially for patients with complex care needs, and serve as a key link in patient-centered collaboration.

About Us

At our surgical ward, we care for surgical patients with cancer or other diseases in the entire gastrointestinal tract, including the biliary tract, endocrine diseases, and urology. Many of our patients are admitted for planned surgeries. We also handle emergency admissions and post-trauma care.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse with experience from surgical care. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Employment Type

Permanent position. The employment is 100% but divided between clinical work and care leadership. Weekend duty is included. Start date by agreement.
