About the role

We are now looking for a Project Coordinator for AI-Komp Dalarna – an ESF-funded project that strengthens AI and digital competence among employees and managers at Region Dalarna. The project runs until 2029 and involves approximately 1,400 participants. The goal is a more sustainable and efficient working life through new ways of working and increased knowledge. Special focus is placed on reaching employee groups who need to strengthen their position on the labor market, as well as ensuring that knowledge is translated into concrete operational development. This role is an opportunity for you if you thrive on coordinating, planning, and collaborating broadly.

The position is located within the HR unit and the Competence Provision department. You will become part of a competent group that works strategically with competence provision. Approximately 90 employees work at the HR unit, and two other externally funded projects are also underway here, enabling knowledge exchange and learning in everyday work.

Responsibilities

As a Project Coordinator, you play a central role in the project's daily operations. You are part of an engaged project team together with the project manager and educators, working closely to ensure that the project's activities are carried out in a structured and efficient manner. The role involves many contact points where you collaborate with participants, managers, and other key stakeholders to provide support and create good conditions for the project's implementation.

In this role, you have broad responsibility for keeping planning, administration, and follow-up together. The work includes planning and coordinating training, workshops, and meetings, participant administration, and support in reporting and follow-up. You also ensure that the project's documentation, information management, and digital workspaces are well organized, and you are responsible for diary registration, archiving, and other administrative handling required for the project to achieve its goals and meet current requirements.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Appropriate academic education, other relevant education, or working life experience that the employer considers equivalent.
• Experience in administrative work where planning, coordination, and follow-up have been central.
• Experience in project and/or development work.
• Good digital competence and experience working in various systems and digital tools.
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both written and spoken.
