About the job

You will work within the Health and Medical Care unit in Disability Care. We are a team of nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. As a nurse, you are responsible for health and medical care within your area of competence in the housing units of Disability Care, where people with LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) decisions live. The target group is primarily adults with some form of disability, a fantastic group to work with. You are responsible for ensuring that medical interventions work well for our users and coordinate contacts with doctors and other professional groups within primary care and the Region. The work involves supervising smaller and larger groups of staff.

Heavy lifting occurs, and transfer aids must be used.

Smoking/pets are present at the workplace, so you should not be allergic.

About you

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse with experience in working within psychiatry and/or support and care. The job requires that you have a B driver's license.

To communicate with users, relatives, and colleagues, and to write and read patient records, you must have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. You have good initiative and are good at thinking outside the box. Your ability to work independently is good, while you actively contribute to a functioning teamwork with different professional competencies where the individual themselves also plays a central role.

Naturally, you have a good, respectful attitude and are receptive and open in contacts with both users and their relatives. You are good at collaborating and want to contribute to good communication and cooperation with other actors. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
