We are now looking for two important nurses who wish to join our short-term pool in two of our areas.

Salary supplement

We also offer a fixed salary supplement of 3,000 SEK per month plus an extra 200 SEK per worked evening shift, in addition to regular on-call compensation.

Your tasks

As a nurse in the short-term pool, you work with health and medical care interventions in close team collaboration with care staff, other HSL staff, housing managers, and HSL managers. You handle medications, document, make assessments, and supervise other staff. You are responsible for ensuring that medical interventions work well for our users and coordinate contacts with doctors and other professional groups within primary care and hospitals.

You will have a flexible job that involves covering absences in our operations.

About you

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with a few years of experience in the profession. We view positively if you have specialized education with a focus on district or elderly care.

As a nurse in the municipality, you and your nursing colleagues have the highest medical competence. Therefore, it is important that you enjoy taking personal responsibility, have good initiative, and contribute to good communication in collaboration with other professional groups. Of course, you have a good and respectful attitude in contact with patients and relatives.

The job requires that you have a B driver's license. In order for you to communicate with users, relatives, and colleagues, and to write and read care documentation, it is required that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

Before an offer of employment, we ask you to present an extract from the police's criminal record. This is done as a final step in the recruitment process.

Other

Working hours are scheduled during the day and every fourth weekend evening in the evening patrol.

Fur animals and people who smoke may be present at the workplace, so you should not be allergic.

Heavy lifting occurs, transfer aids must be used.
