Are you a licensed psychologist who wants to use your expertise to build sustainable and high-performing workplaces? Your work will have a clear focus on work ability assessments, alongside targeted, shorter interventions at the individual level to handle issues such as stress and conflicts. The role is based in Lycksele, involving physical delivery of our services but primarily extensive digital work with clients across Sweden, offering an interesting variety in your job. In this role at Falck, you will have the chance to work proactively and see the direct impact of your efforts, both for the individual and the organization, in close collaboration with our company doctors, physiotherapists, and other specialists. The role focuses on work ability assessments and counseling at the individual level, although interventions at the group and organizational levels may also occur.

Qualifications:

• Licensure as a psychologist
• Experience in counseling and treatment using methods such as CBT, ACT, or similar
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good computer skills, along with an interest and preferably experience in delivering services via digital tools and working with online-based methods.

Meritorious:

• Experience working with groups and/or conducting workshops
• Experience with work ability assessments
• Experience with organizational assignments

Other details:

Permanent employment with a 6-month probation period. Full-time (100%) with start after the summer. Working hours are weekdays 8-17, excluding holidays.

Location: Lycksele. The position involves travel in the local area according to business needs, meaning you must have a driver's license and preferably access to your own car.
