As one of our key players for the Spanish market, you will be at the center of our expansion. You will work closely with our Head of Sales and will not just follow a ready-made manual; you will be highly involved in shaping how we support our Spanish customers from the ground up.

Your goal is to help customers optimize their financial situation by analyzing loan applications and guiding them through the entire refinancing process. We are now looking for a driven and outgoing Spanish-speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in central Stockholm!

In this role, you balance expert analysis and advice with the energy and excitement of a new market launch. Your daily tasks include:

• Own and follow up on loan applications from our digital channels in the Spanish market.
• Create credit assessments and evaluate repayment capacity to ensure responsible lending.
• Provide top-class financial advice to our Spanish customers via phone and digital tools to help them reduce their loan costs.

We are looking for someone with a "pioneer mindset". You are technically skilled, results-driven, and thrive in an environment where everything moves fast. You don't wait for a to-do list; you see what needs to be done and ensure it gets done.

• Language Requirements: You speak and write Spanish at a native level (as you will be working directly with the Spanish market) and have good knowledge of Swedish.
• You are motivated by achieving goals and driven by providing exceptional service.
• Experience in banking, finance, or customer advisory is advantageous, but your attitude and energy are the most important factors.

This is a "Plus 1" position, meaning you get the stability of an established company combined with the energy found in a startup. You will become a cornerstone of our Spanish team, based at our fantastic headquarters in Stockholm.
