We are now looking for an Electrical Safety Coordinator to join our team in Karlskrona. At NKT, we develop and manufacture high-voltage power cables that enable the transition to renewable energy.

NKT in Karlskrona needs to expand its team and is currently seeking an Electrical Safety Coordinator who wants to work in a global company with future technology. As an Electrical Safety Coordinator, you will create routines and regulations for electrical safety and implement them in daily work. You stand out with your engagement and structured approach to work, and you enjoy working both independently and together with colleagues. You will create and provide electrical safety technical solutions to develop, implement, and maintain various projects.
As an Electrical Safety Coordinator, you will participate in both the planning and execution of test connections and method development by conducting risk assessments. You play a significant role in preventing risks and protecting both people and the environment from electrical hazards. You will also be responsible for electrical safety training. The position offers great opportunities for professional development and learning within a broad technical field.
To thrive in the role, you should have the following experience:
- A university degree in engineering or equivalent, or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience.
- Experience with self-control programs.
- General electrical competence.
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
- Knowledge of high voltage is an advantage.
