ABOUT THE POSITION
We at Inre Kraft are looking for 1–2 people who want to work as personal assistants for our client in Älvsbyn. During the summer, she stays in her cabin, which means that work shifts will take place there. The cabin is located 2.5 miles (approx. 4 km) from Älvsbyn. We are currently looking for 1–2 temporary replacements who can cover for regular staff during sickness or leave.
The working hours are as follows:
Weekdays: 07:30–17:00
Weekends: 08:30–17:00
Start date is by agreement, and we would appreciate it if you could start the introduction immediately.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is a 47-year-old woman with a great interest in flowers, spending time outdoors and working in her garden, cooking, and baking. Due to her MS, her energy levels vary from day to day, so she needs a reliable and flexible assistant who can support her in daily life and adapt to her condition on any given day.
The tasks include:
Support with daily routines and household chores
Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals
Mobility assistance using lifting equipment
The client uses a wheelchair and an electric wheelchair.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and has a good ability to notice and understand individual needs. You are sensitive, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a genuine commitment to your work. The ability to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances is important in this role.
We would appreciate it if you shared some of the client's interests, as we place great importance on personal suitability and good chemistry.

REQUIREMENTS
Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
Category B driver's license (manual transmission required as you will drive the client's car)
Access to your own car for commuting to and from work
Non-smoker
Tolerant of cats

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

To be employed by us at Inre Kraft, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the role. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you can present a valid ID and/or submit a certificate of personal details (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of personal details from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you must present a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record). From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
