Development and Maintenance Manager: HR
Be the bridge between HR, technology, and operations – and shape the future development of Keolis' digital HR environment.
About the role
As a Development and Maintenance Manager at Keolis, you are a key figure in the IT organization, responsible for the entire IT delivery within the HR and communications area. You ensure that systems, processes, and support functions operate efficiently for the business – while simultaneously driving an active consolidation effort of a broad system landscape.
The role combines operational management of core deliveries with strategic roadmap steering. You work closely with HR leadership, IT leadership, and other maintenance managers, serving as a vital link to the business in a company that is constantly moving forward. Currently, several exciting initiatives are underway: a new intranet and external website, as well as the automation of on- and offboarding processes.
You will be part of a team of nine people and collaborate within a broader network of maintenance managers across the entire IT organization.
Your responsibilities
- Responsible for IT delivery within HR and communications – technology, systems, processes, support, and training.
- Drive the consolidation of a broad system landscape in collaboration with the business.
- Set and implement a strategic roadmap for the area in cooperation with HR leadership.
- Manage vendor governance: contracts, SLA monitoring, operational review meetings, and invoice processing.
- Responsible for incident management according to ITIL processes.
- Participate in and drive strategic, cross-functional initiatives – including a new intranet, LMS, and automated on-/offboarding.
- Identify improvement needs and propose solutions aligned with Keolis' IT strategy.
- Ensure that major changes in architecture and solutions are decided in the appropriate forums.
We are looking for someone who
- Has 5–10 years of professional experience, including some in a similar maintenance or product owner role.
- Has experience as a maintenance manager – you thrive with both strategic work and daily operations.
- Have a good understanding of system integration, data flows, and APIs.
- Understand authentication solutions and SSO.
- Can navigate system architecture and data models at a high level.
- Communicate fluently in Swedish – this is the company's working language.
Experience with HR or communication systems such as Visma, CatalystOne, or Flex is advantageous – but we also welcome candidates with backgrounds from other system domains. A background as an HRBP with a focus on IT and system maintenance is an interesting profile.

Location
The role is based at Keolis headquarters on Kungsholmen in Stockholm. We work in a hybrid model and expect you to be on-site several days a week.
