Do you want to be a key player in attracting and recruiting future talent? We are now looking for an experienced and engaged Recruiter for an exciting consulting assignment in Gothenburg. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a business-close role where you contribute to creating efficient recruitment processes and a first-class candidate experience.

As a Recruiter, you will play a central role in the entire recruitment process – from job profiling and advertising to candidate dialogue, interview coordination, and employment. You will work closely with hiring managers and ensure that the processes are carried out professionally, structured, and with high quality.

• Drive and be responsible for the entire recruitment process for junior and mid-level positions within several different business areas.

• Coordinate and administer interview processes, including bookings, candidate communication, and preparations.

• Ensure correct and updated documentation in ATS systems and other recruitment tools.

• Be the main contact for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

• Provide support and guidance to hiring managers regarding processes, schedules, and interviews.

• Handle recruitment-related administrative tasks and incoming inquiries.

• Contribute to developing and streamlining recruitment processes and working methods.

• Participate in activities related to employer branding, onboarding, and candidate engagement.

• Academic degree in HR, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a corresponding field.

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a similar role.

• Experience in recruiting within both technical and non-technical areas.

• Good experience working in ATS systems and digital recruitment tools.

• Strong administrative skills with high accuracy and structure.

• Ability to handle several parallel processes in a changing and fast-paced environment.

• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
